Mike Gregory started out learning the Shukokai method of Karate in 1976 and gained his black belt in 1979 under the late Shigeru Kimura.  In the late 1980's and by now a 4th Dan, Mike became involved in the art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and trained at Toddy's Gym in Manchester, a center of excellence for Muay Thai.  In 1989 Mike was awarded his instructorship from Master Toddy & his brother Master "A".

In 1990 Mike was to attend his first seminar under the great Dan Inosanto (the man left in charge of Bruce Lee's fighting method after Lee's death) and this was to change not only the way he approached martial arts but also his life in general.

After training in the United States and Europe under Guro Inosanto, Mike was honored to receive his Instructorship in Jun Fan Gung Fu and the Filipino martial arts.  Mike is the Official Representative for the Inosanto Academy in the Northwest and Central England.
